This notice explains what happens when you send a project inquiry through this website.

Project inquiries

The contact form stores your name, email, company, service, budget, timing, and message, along with a submission identifier, time, and review status. Records are stored in this site’s database and reviewed through a protected project inbox. The form does not send an automatic email confirmation. Do not include passwords or sensitive material.

Access and storage

Inbox access requires a private access key, which is held in memory during review. This site does not use advertising trackers. Its hosting platform may use authentication cookies and operational logs. Inquiries remain in the database until the site administrator removes them.

Requests about a submission

Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion, identifying the submission by its reference number. Include only the details needed to locate it.

External project pages

Game downloads and public release records link to itch.io. Those sites have their own privacy practices and download requirements. Project pages retain their original collaborator and third-party asset credits.
